We want our families to be 100% happy! If your DVD is defective upon opening, please contact us, and we will be happy to quickly exchange it! However, we have children of our own, and we know how quickly items can be played with and scratched. Returns or exchanges not accepted after 10 days of shipping date. Thanks!

Shipping: $2.50 up to 3 DVD's per order. If ordering more than 3 DVD's shipping fees are based on weight.
Rush shipping: FedEx rates apply!
Payment Methods: We accept PayPal. Checks also accepted, please allow 4 - 5 days to clear before merchandise is shipped. All funds must be in US dollars. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared in PayPal which depends on your account with PayPal and payment method.
